Yes. Credit card payment is available for all customers.
We accept credit card payments exclusively via Square.com.
Please note that we do not accept PayPal or any other credit card processing services.
For the most cost-effective and reliable payment, we recommend using Wise.com whenever possible.
Shipping
Q4: What shipping methods are available?
Q5: Can I choose COLLECT shipping?
COLLECT shipping is no longer available as a standard option.
However, returning customers who have used it before may request it under special conditions.
Q6: Can I combine shipments from different makers?
Yes, unless Super Express items are involved.
Super Express items ship separately from our Osaka warehouse. Separate shipping and handling fees will apply.
Orders & Lead Time

Generally, 1–2 months.
Super Express items ship within 5 days after payment, if in stock.
Returns & Product Issues

All sales are final.
Returns are accepted only if the delivered products have quality issues.
Q10: What if there are product defects?
Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We may issue a credit or request a return for inspection.
Such returns are for investigation or exchange purposes only and do not count as formal returns under our sales policy.

Q11: Are your pendant lamps certified overseas?
No. Our pendant lamps are not certified as electrical products outside Japan.
We only supply the lampshade and ceiling cup, without any electrical components.
