Crafted with a Yasuki Shiragami #2 core, renowned for its purity and ability to take an exceptionally fine edge, this 165mm (approx. 6.5″) Santoku knife offers versatility for slicing vegetables, cutting meat, and handling fish. Its three-layer construction, with a hammered stainless steel outer layer, not only enhances durability but also reduces food sticking.
The octagonal Honoki wood handle, complemented by a buffalo horn ferrule, provides a comfortable and natural grip, ensuring precision and control in every cut.
