As of February 11, 2020, we have made the following amendments in our Terms and Conditions:

1. Credit for Choosing TransferWise As Payment Method Thereafter
For customers who trade with us for the first time and choose TransferWise as their regular payment method thereafter, we give a JPY3,000 * credit (or an equivalent amount in USD or EUR) in the corresponding, first invoice.
*Calculated based on our internal exchange rates we set at the beginning of each month, taking up-to-date fluctuations in the money market into account.
2. Calculating Shipping & Handling Fees in Multiple Shipments Automatically Based on Lead-times When Shipping via EMS
For shipping via EMS, if the lead-times of different makers are far apart, we automatically calculate shipping and handling fees in MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS, that is to ship the goods of the makers of shorter lead-times first and then those of longer lead-times later.
3. Arranging A Single Shipment As A Default for Shipping COLLECT
For shipping COLLECT, even if the lead-times of different makers are far apart, we assume a SINGLE SHIPMENT, that is to ship the goods of all the makers at once regardless of their lead-times when every item in the purchase order is ready for shipping. This may not apply when there are goods of the makers with exceptionally longer lead-times in the purchase order. Or, the customer can give us a specific instruction as to the timing of shipments UPON ORDERING. Please note that, when such instruction is notified at later times, we may not be able to comply with them.
