Previously categorized under the Super Express fulfillment scheme, conte has now been reclassified as of March 2024.  Following this change, the estimated lead time for conte orders will be approx. 2-3 weeks after payment unless ordered quantities are exceptionally large.  However, for now, conte items will continue to be shipped from our Osaka warehouse.

We are also announcing that we have updated our terms and conditions by adding the following clause as section 8 ④:

When returning item(s) to us, the customer must use the outer and inner packaging
box(es) received initially from us and present the airway bill and any export
documents, such as a commercial invoice, originally attached to the shipment(s).
Doing so will enable us to show that the item(s) to be returned is a “good exported
from Japan with permission” and that “the nature and form of the good have not
changed since the time of export.” This is a necessary procedure for us to avoid the
imposition of import tax on the return shipment to Japan.
